Moving on...

All is quiet in the Mayday camp as they are now in Japan recording their upcoming album. So it's time for a quick breather from Mayday news and a little rambling on myself.

I decided to throw in the towel at work recently. It was a decision that I made awhile back but took a little longer to execute, largely due to what I had planned ahead.

So while I am serving notice and waiting for the day I leave office, I am looking forward to the new album, movie and tour =D

New 2011 tour?

At the end of the DNA world tour last year, Mayday announced that there will not be a major world tour for at least 2 years. Barely a year has passed since the end of that tour, and now Travelzen has revealed that there will be a brand new 2011 Asian Tour commencing this October? *shudders* O_O

The band needs to take a longer break from touring.. and so do I

A year and a day ago today...

Last year on 8 April 2010, I was fortunate to attend Mayday's DNA concert press conference halfway across the globe in sunny Los Angeles with sunset2712.

Tickets for the 五月天[就是]演唱會2011 Just Rock it!!! HK concert will go on sale to the general public starting tomorrow (Thursday 7 April 2011) at 10:00AM. Unfortunately as most of the tickets had already been snapped up during pre-sale, there probably won't be many tickets up for grab tomorrow.

Hundreds of thousands of music fans poured into Kenting over the weekend to attend the 6th annual Spring Wave Music Festival. Saturday's line-up saw Mayday headlining the festival which also featured A-Yue, Hebe and MC HotDog, among others.

Ashin at JJ's I am concert

Ashin appearance as JJ Lin's special guest at his I Am concert tonight at Taipei Arena was no April Fool's joke.

JJ sang Mayday's 突然好想你 and Ashin sang JJ's 第幾個100天 and both guys then sang 突然好想你 together. Ashin later sang 知足. To view TVBS e-news click here

The two of them joked onstage about their respective stores in Shanghai [Ashin's Stay Real and JJ's Smudge] JJ told Ashin that he went to Stay Real Shanghai to buy clothes and Ashin asked whether he was given any discount. JJ said no. Ashin then said good because I wasn't given any discount when I went to your store LOL
