Last night's breaking news was the passing of Nintendo's Satoru Iwata - RIP Iwata. And on a lighter note, Mayday has announced that they will not be performing at this year's countdown concert - for the first time in 13 years - to focus on their next album. Which isn't a bad thing really, looks like I will get to go on that long awaited vacation....

It's been forever since I last saw Mayday. I used to complain about how many concerts they were having and now I can't complain about them not having enough concerts lol. 

Super Slipper 6 next month will be my first Mayday concert in 7 months! It’s been awhile since I had front row seats ;) Looking forward to seeing Suzanne Vega too – I remember being blown away by her performance at Rock Werchter donkeys’ years ago (My name is Luka I live on the second floor..♪)
