it's really easy. Just navigate to the page where the tickets for sale are listed. Choose the one you want and contact the seller

seller's PTT ID is listed, you can PM them in PTT

you'll need to install PTT - you can download it from http://www.ptt.cc/index.bbs.html
thereafter you'll need to register an account. after registering your account you can PM the seller. Just go to (M)ail -> (S)end
