Today is Ash Wednesday. Yesterday was Pancake Day. Folks in the UK traditionally eat pancake on Shrove Tuesday. It was something that I look forward to as a student in England as I love pancakes. I love all sort of pancakes and my favourite is crepe. There was a fabulous crepe place in Hampstead, London that sells incredibly yummy nutella and banana crepes - my absolute favourite!
Ash Wednesday marks the first day of Lent and Easter Sunday is 46 days away (by the way, Mayday will be having Easter Sunday concert at Mohegan Sun haha)
