According to Daily Apple news today, in July this year Ashin bought a two level office space in an office building「工礦辦公大樓」（現改名文華國際大樓）on Minsheng East Road Sec. 3 (民生東路三段) with a total area of 285.75 ping for NTD186 million to be used as StayReal's office.
The news report also mentions how Ashin leads a simple life; his favourite meal is instant noodles with egg, and how he can eat a NTD230 鹹水雞-Salt flavoured chicken bought from the night market for 2 days. He only replaced his 4 year old computer after it was completely broken down and has only in recent years obtained his driver's license. His last big expenditure was NTD10 million on a 35 ping apartment in Beitou for his folks.
